Danny and Sarah Kaner are brother and sister, nicked named "twins" by yours truly, are a very integral parts of the Thomas Pink machine at 255 Post St. in San Francisco. Danny the Assistant manager, has been with the company for over 10 years and was recruited on his last day working for Coach. Since then he hast lasted two company presidents and five store managers. Danny helped to open three stores across the country, was acting assistant for the U.S. flagship store on Madison Ave in New York, during a Christmas Holiday and is very committed to his company, fellow staff members and his customers. Anyone being assisted by Danny will soon find that his desire to please is entertaining as the laughs and good humor are very much part of his repertoire.
Sarah has been with Pink for six years. She was hired as a gift wrapper one Christmas season and customers
began asking her questions about product. Instead of referring them to a sales staff member, she found the answers and serviced the guest. Sarah was asked to stay on to help for the season end sale, and was taught how to take measurements, and with that knowledge she began to assist customers when it was not her job to do so. Now as a key holder on the management team Sarah has what she refers to as freaky "Rain Man" recall for details about customers.
